DavayÈ
area covers a parallelogram of 418 hectares.
It is limited to the north by PrissÈ area, to the east by that
of Charnay, to the south by that of SolutrÈ and to the west by
that of Vergisson.
The village of DavayÈ includes 14
hamlets. Its centre is scattered from the top of a
hill, to the side and down the hill. The church stands at the
top. From there, one can guess, between the head of Saint LÈger
and the hillsides of Charnay, the plains of Bresse, the base of
Jura mountains and the tops of the Alps. The main public square
of the village can be found down the hill.
